If you want the best tire available that's manufactured in the USA, I'd recommend the Goodyear Endurance, part # 724864519 this is a D rated radial tire with a 2040 lb capacity per tire or 4080 lb per axle.

I reached out to my contact at Reese and what you have installed on your 2013 Forest River Salem Travel Trailer is the original Reese Strait Line Weight Distribution Hitch which has been discontinued for quite some time so there are no replacement parts available to get the rest of the system.
Instead I recommend replacing it with the newer version, the # RP66130, along with shank # RP54970 and 2-5/16" hitch ball # C40030.

The closest thing that we have is the Convert-A-Ball Interchangeable Ball Set # 906b which you could use with the Curt Reducer Bushing for Ball Mounts # F-2. This would only get you to 10,000 lbs max towing capacity though.
